Wonderful store! Great manager and staff, every time I walk in I feel welcomed and in a helpful environment. Staff was very helpful when I couldn’t find something, and even went out of the way to recommend me other things as well. Great community store and perfect for anyone who’s looking for a great hardware community.

After having our kitchen sink plumbing leak, I went for a ride to Hectors. After standing looking at plumbing fixtures a gentleman came over and was super helpful. He asked the problem I was having and brought me to the solution. He was very honest and told me exactly what I needed. This is why I love to support the small stores and businesses. Customer service is top notch at this location!

You walk in, they help you, and answer all your guestions. Plus,they are so well stocked with just about everything. This is the most Friendly and knowledgeable place I use. If I didn't go here, I would still be wondering around the big corporate stores trying to find both help and merchandise.

Jim the owner is a great guy! Always trying his best to help people out and give them the best deal it's not like the big box stores where you walk in and the younger folks that work there can't give any advice or point you in the right direction to what you might need. Jim does employ younger folks and teaches them the right way to help people and they learn alot in the process. True definition of a local hardware store and the way things are supposed to work. They don't have everything they are not big box however I give them my business whenever I can. They are all great folks there that represent a good community and the way things are supposed to work which seems to be passing us by now a days.

First, just let me say that the owner knows exactly what he is doing. I have never been in a big box store or a family owned store that has had this kind of care. I have been going here for years and I consider Hectors as one of the main benefits of living in the neighborhood. 10/10

This is my neighborhood hardware store. I'm not there often, but whenever I go I receive top-notch customer care. They even have done minor fixes (loosening bolts on an item when I couldn't, cutting an item) just to help me out. They make recommendations when I need tools, parts or just advice on gardening supplies, or insect repellent. You can't get this kind of service and courtesy at the big box stores.

Excellent selection for a small business and don't have to hunt for what you want because they always have at least 2 people there and many times three people to assist customers. Down with big box stores. My time is valuable and worth the additional cost to keep in the small businesses in the neighborhood

First time visiting Hector’s Hardware to buy paint supplies and I was immediately greeted and offered help, which I really appreciated. The gentleman who assisted me was kind, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I’ll definitely be back - I just wish it were closer to my home because it would be my go-to hardware store!
